Revante buys accepted mobile phones, tablets, laptops and smart watches. Start with a category or search for the exact model and specification to see whether it is currently available.
02Will Revante pay the price shown online?
Yes, when the received device matches the model, specification, attributes and condition submitted. If inspection finds a genuine difference, Revante explains it and sends a revised offer for you to review.
03Can I sell a damaged or faulty device?
Many damaged devices can still have value. Choose the Damaged grade, select the correct attributes and describe the device accurately so the quotation begins with the right information.
04How do I send my devices to Revante?
At checkout you can choose Self Post, an available free Royal Mail label or QR code, or free Royal Mail collection where offered. Pack every device securely and retain proof of posting or collection.
05How and when will I be paid?
Choose bank transfer, PayPal or cheque during checkout. Once your device has arrived and the inspection confirms the order details, Revante arranges payment using your selected method.
06What should I do with my personal data?
Back up anything you need, sign out of personal accounts, remove activation locks and passcodes, take out SIM and memory cards, and factory-reset the device before posting it.
07Can a business sell several devices?
Yes. Businesses and organisations can sell mixed devices and quantities. Each exact product variation remains clearly itemised so specifications, conditions, quantities and values can be reviewed.
08What does a £0.00 valuation mean?
A £0.00 valuation means Revante can intentionally accept that exact variation for free recycling. It is different from a product variation that Revante is not currently able to accept.
