The complete order journey
Your current status shows the latest completed operational stage. Courier tracking and Revante order tracking are separate, so each may update at a different time.
Read your status
No vague language and no guessing. Each stage describes what is happening to the order inside Revante.
Your order is open, but the parcel has not yet been checked in at Revante.
Your parcel has arrived and has been matched to the order reference inside it.
Our team is confirming the model, specification, condition and key functions.
The device and final value have been approved for this order.
Your approved payment is being prepared using the method selected at checkout.
Revante has completed the order and issued the agreed payment.
After your parcel arrives
Arrival confirms that the parcel is with Revante. Inspection then verifies the exact device and the information entered when the order was placed.
The outside label and packing slip help us match the parcel to the right order.
We confirm the model, storage, network or connectivity and other relevant details.
The device is checked consistently against the condition and answers supplied online.
The quotation is confirmed, or a genuine difference is explained before the order proceeds.
When inspection is complete
Most orders move forward once the submitted details are confirmed. If something material differs, you stay informed before a different value is applied.
When the model, specification and condition match the order, the quoted value is approved and prepared for payment.
If a genuine difference affects value, Revante records the reason and sends the revised offer for your decision.
You can accept the revised offer or follow the available return process. The order will not silently proceed at a changed value.
From acceptance to completion
Accepted confirms the value. Awaiting Payment means the approved payment is being prepared. Completed confirms that Revante has issued it.
Bank processing can affect when cleared funds appear in your account.
Check that the receiving email matches the information on your order.
Postal delivery and bank-clearing time sit outside the order-status update.
For your security, Track My Order never displays bank, PayPal or cheque details.
Keep the receipt, tracking reference and proof of postage or collection.
The courier records delivery through its own tracking service.
Revante matches the parcel and changes the order status to Received.
Two connected journeys
A courier can mark a parcel delivered before it has been opened, identified and checked into the Revante workflow. Keep both references until the order reaches Received.
If the update does not look right
Start with the checks below. If you still need support, send the order number and a short explanation so our team can investigate the correct record.
Re-enter the complete order number and the same email address used when the order was placed.
Delivery and Revante check-in are separate events. Keep your courier evidence while the parcel enters our workflow.
Accepted, Awaiting Payment and Completed describe three different stages of the payment process.
Contact Revante with your order number. Never send full bank details, passwords or device passcodes in a support message.

No. Received confirms the parcel has been checked in and linked to your order. The device still needs to complete Revante's inspection process.
We confirm the device identity, specification, condition and key functions against the information supplied when the order was created.
Revante explains the difference and sends a revised offer where needed. You can review the information before deciding whether to accept or decline it.
The order has been approved and payment is being prepared using your selected bank transfer, PayPal or cheque details.
