01How much is my mobile phone worth?
Your price depends on the exact model, storage capacity, condition and whether the phone is unlocked or tied to a network. Search for the phone and select the correct details to see its current Revante valuation.
02Can I sell a damaged or broken phone?
Yes. We buy phones with cracked screens, heavy wear and certain functional faults. Select Damaged and describe the device accurately so the quotation starts from the right information.
03Do you buy network-locked phones?
Yes. We regularly buy phones locked to O2, Vodafone, EE and Three, as well as unlocked phones. Choose the correct network because it can affect the price.
04How do I post my phone to Revante?
At checkout you can choose Self Post, a free Royal Mail label or QR code, or free Royal Mail collection where available. Follow your order instructions and keep proof of postage or collection.
05What should I do before sending my phone?
Back up anything you need, remove SIM and memory cards, sign out of iCloud or Google, remove passcodes and factory-reset the phone. Pack it securely and put the order packing slip inside the parcel.
06Will you pay the price shown online?
When the phone matches the model, storage, network and condition selected, we pay the quoted price. If inspection finds a genuine difference, we explain it clearly and send a revised offer for you to accept or decline.
