Turn off Find My and remove Activation Lock
Sign out of iCloud before erasing an iPad. A factory reset alone may not remove the owner link.
Remove Google and Samsung accounts
Sign out before resetting so Factory Reset Protection does not prevent the next stage of testing.
Remove Windows access and organisation controls
Sign out, reset the Surface and remove any business, school, BitLocker or management restriction.

01How much is my tablet worth?
Your price depends on the exact model, screen size, storage, Wi-Fi or cellular specification and condition. Search for the tablet and choose the matching details to see its current Revante valuation.
02Can I sell a cracked or damaged tablet?
Yes. We buy tablets with cracked screens, heavy wear, battery or charging problems and certain other faults. Select Damaged and describe the device accurately so the quotation begins with the right information.
03Do you buy both Wi-Fi and cellular tablets?
Yes. We buy Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi + Cellular and 5G tablet variants. Select the exact connectivity shown in the tablet settings because cellular capability can affect its price.
04Should I include the charger, keyboard or stylus?
Only include accessories requested in your quotation or order instructions. Brand New tablets must include all original contents. Wrap any accessory separately so it cannot press against or strike the screen in transit.
05What should I do before posting my tablet?
Back up anything you need, sign out of Apple, Google, Samsung or Microsoft accounts, remove activation locks and passcodes, factory-reset the tablet, remove SIM and memory cards, and pack it securely.
06Will Revante pay the tablet price shown online?
When the tablet matches the model, storage, connectivity and condition selected, we pay the quoted price. If inspection finds a genuine difference, we explain it clearly and send a revised offer for you to accept or decline.
